The location right by the sea was perfect for our stay, allowing us to explore the nearby attractions easily. We had a lovely sea view from our room, which was both clean and comfortable. The owners made us feel very welcome, and the breakfast options, especially the full English, were delicious. They even provided beach chairs for our day in the sun, which was a thoughtful touch.

stayed for 2 nights with my partner and had the coolest sea view room on the top floor. the owners, rodney and kez, were super nice and made us feel like fam. breakfast was top notch with full cooked options and fresh fruits. even got beach chairs for our day at the beach! cant wait to come back again.
the shower was on the floor below our room but we knew it would be like that. parking was a bit pricey at 15 quid a day.

Exceptional hospitality with stunning sea views
During our stay for two nights, we were welcomed warmly by the lovely hosts who truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Our room was not only clean and comfortable but also offered a breathtaking sea view that made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely, with a variety of delicious options, and the location was perfect for exploring Weymouth. One small downside was the limited parking, but it did not detract much from our overall experience.

Awesome staff and breakfast!
We had such a nice stay! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond—helped us with our bags and were just really attentive. Breakfast had a good selection, more than we expected which was a nice surprise. Only downside was the bathroom was a little cramped, but it wasn't a huge deal.

Staying on the 3rd floor, we had uninterrupted views of the waves crashing against the shore, which added a pretty nice atmosphere to our stay. The room's sink made things easier, especially when the hot shower after a swim in that chilly sea felt like a blessing.
The private shower and toilet being a short trek outside the room could be a hassle, especially in the middle of the night. It’s also notable that the room size is on the smaller side, which might feel tight for some, but we managed just fine. the sound of seagulls and waves can be peaceful, though a night of stormy weather could flip that peace into a disturbance during sleep.
